This is the location of my piece, I finally decided it needed to go somewhere other than the kitchen table. Eventually it will be on a wall...maybe.

Amelia has refused to let us feed her babyfood the last few days. She'll still eat it at daycare though, so I tried sitting her in the living room to eat. She ate some, but was more interested in Sam than eating. He just wanted her food. lol

This is a crappy iphone pic. The power went off in our town around 5:30pm. So we headed to my parents, hoping the power would be on around bedtime. We got a phone call saying it was on about 8, so we went home. We found out that we were the only people still without power. The power line had broken behind our house, but we are on our own circuit, and the power company didn't turn ours on. So we didn't get power til 4:30am. It sucked, it was hot and the power company didn't believe us that it was still of. There were many phone calls and yelling eventually. This is sam via flash light.

We have a small piece of water hose that we attach where the shower head would go and we used it to wash the dogs before Amelia came along. It works out pretty well for her bath, too. She likes to drink out of it, its quite hilarious.

Today she tried out her new swimming pool. She wasn't really sure what to think at first, but she did warm up to it.

Today we went to surprise birthday party for two of our friends. Amelia really likes her toothbrush, so much so that she cries when we take it away.

Tonight we attended a local High School Graduation. The day was kind of busy, so my only pictures are from my phone. Amelia at the ceremony and then the cake pops inspired by Bakerella. My friend made them.
